If I were you, I would take those 28 million and invest in the economy if you know how, or simply to seriously work on OSRS gold your core combat stats and focus on killing things for loot. The drawback there is… the highest reward drops generally requires stats way above yours, so you may have to seriously work on combat for a while.

OK everyone understands that the black market trade of gold and the indrect issues it cause (autoers) is a primary concern for Jagex and a difficulty they’ve been fighting for ages having quite limited success. Now my suggestion is not really new, but it is slightly modified to decrease the negative results of it’s execution, but it centers around the concept that Jagex must sell gold to undermine the black market gold sector to make it so there is reduced gains for gold sellers reducing their incentive to sell Runescape gold and so decreasing their desire to use autoers and reduce the game play for other players.
I believe if Jagex marketed Runescape gold they couldn’t just earn more money and in turn reinvest it into the game but they would obviously be servicing a growing proportion of the Runescape community that is willing to buy gold. Though in selling gold I’d like to consider that Jagex may have the ability to set a limit to the total amount of gold a single participant could buy in any particular month, to not only reduce their own liability but also to promote game play as the primary source of cheap RS gold revenue, not to mention preventing playing bankrolling aspects of the sport.
